Do you do delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery at $50 each way for Gladstone, and an additional $50 each way for outside the Gladstone zone (Calliope/Boyne and Tannum). You will receive an additional invoice after the equipment is collected for fuel usage.

Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, if you find that you need the equipment for a longer duration, you can easily extend your rental period. Simply contact our team, and they will assist you in extending the rental duration based on availability.
What payment options are available?
We take PayPal, Bank transfer or cash on pick up.
What happens if the rented device gets damaged?
If any damage or issues arise with the hired equipment or trailer during your rental, please inform us promptly. We understand that unforeseen incidents can happen, and timely communication helps us
respond effectively.
We will assess the situation based on the type and extent of the issue and determine the
necessary steps. Please be aware that you may be liable for repair or replacement costs, as
outlined in your hire agreement.

Is there a security deposit required?
No, we do not require a security deposit. Rental payment must be paid in full upon pickup/delivery.
What are your hire times?
Our Hire times are pick up from 0630 and drop off by 1730. If this doesn’t suit get in contact and we can arrange a better time for you.
